# Subprocessors

## 1. Introduction

At Innospike, UAB ("WatchFor", "we", "us", or "our"), we engage a limited number of trusted third-party service providers (" Subprocessors ") to help us deliver, maintain, and improve the Service.

Each Subprocessor processes personal data only to the extent necessary to perform its services for us, under a written agreement consistent with applicable data protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Where a Subprocessor processes personal data outside the EU/EEA, the transfer relies on an appropriate safeguard, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and/or an adequacy decision (for example, the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework).

We maintain this page to inform you about the current list of our Subprocessors.

## 2. List of Subprocessors

Cloudflare, Inc. USA (EU–U.S. DPF, SCCs) DNS, content delivery network, network security (DDoS protection, WAF) and object storage for uploaded assets (logos, avatars, screenshots and report files)

Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. Ireland (EU) Payment processing and billing — card details are collected and held by Stripe, never by us

Google Ireland Ltd. (Google OAuth) Ireland (EU) Optional "Sign in with Google" authentication

Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Analytics) Ireland (EU) Website usage analytics

Resend, Inc. USA (SCCs) Transactional email delivery (sign-in, account and product emails)

OpenAI, L.L.C. USA (SCCs, EU–U.S. DPF) AI features — answers of the in-app AI Agent and of the live chat on our website. Messages and the context needed to answer are sent through OpenAI's API with response storage switched off (OpenAI may keep API data for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring); API data is not used to train OpenAI's models

Discord Inc. USA (SCCs, EU–U.S. DPF) Internal team notifications for the live chat — new leads (name and email you chose to leave), feature requests, handoffs to a person and ratings

Functional Software, Inc. (Sentry) Germany (EU data region); USA company (SCCs, EU–U.S. DPF) Application error monitoring — error reports with stack traces, browser and device type and page addresses, with IP addresses, cookies, request bodies and secrets in addresses removed before sending

## 3. Data Handling

Each Subprocessor may process only the limited personal data necessary for its specific role, such as:

- Email addresses, names and avatars (authentication provider, email delivery)

- Billing details and payment information (payment processor — card data is held by Stripe)

- IP addresses, device information and usage data (network, hosting and analytics providers)

- Technical error details — stack traces, browser and device type, page addresses (error monitoring; IP addresses and cookies are not sent)

- Questions you ask the AI Agent or the live chat and the context needed to answer them (AI provider); name, email and question you leave in the live chat (team notifications)

- Monitoring configuration you provide, such as target hostnames, URLs or IP addresses, and the resulting check data (hosting and probe infrastructure)

We require all Subprocessors to process personal data solely for the purpose of delivering their services to WatchFor, under strict contractual obligations of confidentiality and security.

## 4. Updates to This List

We may add or replace Subprocessors as necessary to operate and improve the Service. We will update this page before a new Subprocessor begins processing personal data. If you have a concern or objection regarding a new Subprocessor, contact us at [hello@watchfor.io](mailto:hello@watchfor.io) and we will discuss the concern in good faith and work toward a reasonable resolution.
