Subprocessors

1. Introduction

At Innospike, UAB ("WatchFor", "we", "us", or "our"), we engage a limited number of trusted third-party service providers ("Subprocessors") to help us deliver, maintain, and improve the Service.

Each Subprocessor processes personal data only to the extent necessary to perform its services for us, under a written agreement consistent with applicable data protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Where a Subprocessor processes personal data outside the EU/EEA, the transfer relies on an appropriate safeguard, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and/or an adequacy decision (for example, the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework).

We maintain this page to inform you about the current list of our Subprocessors.
