# Status pages no longer show incidents for components that aren't there

Removing a component left its open incidents on the public page as "Critical · Investigating" while the banner said "All systems operational", and adding a component published outages that began before it was on the page. Now open notices for removed components are withdrawn, only outages that start after a component is added are auto-published, and the banner always reflects the incidents listed under it.
