# A password reset now also disconnects connected apps

If you reset your password because you think someone else got in, only your browser sessions ended — an app or AI agent connected with OAuth kept its access until its token ran out. Now a password reset, and signing out of all sessions, also revoke every connected app's tokens; reconnect the ones you trust through the consent screen. And signing in with Google to an address someone registered but never confirmed now removes that stranger's password.
