# OAuth connections can pick the organization they work in

If you belong to several organizations, an app or agent connected with OAuth could only reach your oldest one. Send the X-WatchFor-Organization header with an organization id to choose another. Your role there applies, just as in the dashboard: members can read, acknowledge incidents and run diagnostics, while changes need an owner or admin.
