# Page integrity: accepting a change resolves the incident at once, and the deploy hook is one line

After you accepted a change, a security incident could stay open for another 10 minutes while clean checks confirmed it. Now, when the accept leaves nothing to fix, the incident resolves right away and its timeline says who accepted. Your deploy pipeline needs one request: POST …/baseline?fresh=true checks the pages first and accepts what that check saw, never the version from before the release.
