# You are told when the person on call cannot be paged

A schedule could name someone who had no notification method set up, and the only sign was a small warning icon inside the schedule editor — a page to them went nowhere. When the person on call right now has no enabled method under My notifications, the dashboard shows an amber notice and the on-call page a banner naming them and the schedule. The API already reported it as reachable: false; now people see it too.
