# TLS grade alerts clear as soon as you fix the problem

A TLS grade alert could stay open for days after the certificate configuration was already fixed. The grade is measured by one check per monitor rather than every check, and closing the incident was waiting for three of those measurements — which used to arrive once a day. The grade is now measured every hour, and one healthy measurement closes the alert. Nothing to change on your side; existing alerts pick up the new behaviour.
