# The website audit no longer marks you down for blocking a region

If you block traffic from countries you don't serve — a normal thing to do — the Smart Website Checker was taking points off for it, while admitting in the same breath that it cannot tell a deliberate geo-block from a fault. Reachability is now reported and never scored: you still see exactly which location got what, named and explained, but the grade is built only on things we can actually interpret. The six points moved to the certificate, DNS and address checks, and the published rubric is updated to match.
