# Monitors list keeps your filters in the URL, and the create dialog fills in the obvious

A filtered monitors list could not be bookmarked or pasted to a colleague: the search box was the one filter that lived nowhere but the page, and the two views disagreed on page size. Search now lives in the URL with the other filters, both views share one page-size ladder, and the Latency and Uptime columns say which window they cover, with a paused monitor's uptime labelled "· paused". Creating a monitor is smoother: your first region is preselected, required fields are marked, switching the type re-applies that type's minimum interval, and a cron schedule is checked as you type.
