# Confirmation threshold can now be set to 1

If you wanted to hear about the very first confirmed failure — a payment endpoint, a checkout, anything where thirty seconds matters — the dashboard would not let you below 3, even though the API accepted it. The slider now goes from 1 to 10 and spells out the trade-off: 1 is the fastest and the noisiest, 3 (still the default) balances speed against false alarms, higher means fewer false alarms and slower alerts.
