# Uptime SLA tab, dashboard counters and reports agree with the uptime rule

The Uptime SLA tab could show 31 % for a monitor whose card said 100 %: it still counted an incident you had marked as a false positive, and it stopped counting an incident the moment someone acknowledged it. That was our inconsistency. False positives are now left out of the SLA tab, the printable report, the dashboard counters, the incident badges and the API statistics; an acknowledged incident counts as downtime until it resolves; daily rows follow your profile time zone and weekly rows cover seven full days; paused time counts as up and is labelled.
