# Maintenance windows: paused monitors, plan counts, time zones and the all-clear

A window that started while one of its monitors was paused did not cover that monitor after you resumed it; ended windows kept counting against your plan; schedules used your browser's time zone, not your profile's; and if something was still down when a window ended, nobody was told until the next repeat reminder. All fixed: paused monitors are covered from activation, only upcoming and active windows count anywhere (Free 1, Starter 3, Pro 10, Business 50), times follow your profile time zone, and an incident still open when a window or mute ends is notified within a minute.
