# Inbox: warning incidents badged Degraded, and resolutions that say how they ended

A warning incident arrived in your Inbox with the same red "Down" badge as a real outage, and a resolution you had clicked yourself came back as "Recovered after 9m · Resolved by API key … · resolved via API" — machine wording for something a person did. Warning incidents are now badged amber Degraded, matching the monitors list, and resolutions say what happened: Recovered after 9m, Resolved manually by Jane after 9m, or Resolved after 9m — monitor paused by Jane. Heartbeat monitors show their name instead of their private ping URL.
