[All updates](/changelog/page/5#2026-09-04-readable-incident-descriptions) 🐛 Fixed Sep 4, 2026 · v 6.7.6

# Every incident now has a plain-language description and explanation

Some incidents — MCP server drift, API assertions, TLS grade, page-speed and heartbeat alerts — showed the raw rule expression in the Incidents list, and a few had no "Why this happens" notes on the incident page. Every alert preset now reads as a sentence ("MCP tool inventory changed", "2 of 8 response assertions failed (#3, #5)", "TLS grade dropped below B"), the What-happened summary for API assertion incidents talks about the response contract instead of the network, and each alert type comes with likely causes and copy-paste diagnostic commands.
