# FAQ refreshed: uptime, MCP monitoring, TLS grade, imports, AI agents, billing

The FAQ still said heartbeat monitoring was “on the roadmap” while the answer above it explained how to use it, and it had nothing on how uptime is calculated, MCP server monitoring, the TLS grade, importing from other tools, AI agents or billing. It now answers all of that in one place: 57 questions in seven groups, including a new “AI agents & API” section (MCP server, OAuth 2.1, sandbox, SDKs and CLI), exact plan limits for monitors, check intervals and team members, where your data lives, and how to verify a request really came from WatchFor.
