# AI agents can now find and use WatchFor on their own

An agent pointed at WatchFor should not need a human to explain where the API lives. The OpenAPI spec is now at the standard /openapi.json and /.well-known locations, next to new machine manifests (ai-catalog, MCP, security.txt); an /agents.md quickstart tells agents when and how to use WatchFor; the MCP server answers the discovery handshake without a key; and every API operation carries a function-calling-ready operationId. Unknown API paths now return proper JSON errors instead of an HTML page.
