# Incidents list no longer hides open incidents

On busy accounts, the Incidents page could bury a still-firing incident below newer resolved ones, and the tab counts did not match reality. Missing an open incident because of how we sorted a list is not acceptable; that was our bug. Open incidents now always sort to the top, each tab shows its exact count, and filtering to Firing, Critical and so on pulls the full set rather than just the most recent page.
