# Easier-to-read incident diagnostics

Reading a latency chart should not mean squinting at unlabeled axes or decoding a raw error string. Incident and monitor charts now show real units (ms and s) and switch to a logarithmic scale when latency spikes, so the spike and the baseline both stay readable. Raw check errors are translated into plain language too.
